Demag expanding port tech business

The Demag Cranes Group is continuing to expand its business in the port technology segment in Turkey. After receiving purchase orders in the previous year for a total of nine new Gottwald mobile harbour cranes in the current year, the company has also for the first time received an order for supply of two portal harbour cranes in Turkey. As in previous years, high-performance cranes have particularly contributed to the pleasing order situation.

Demag supplies five mobile harbour cranes

Demag Cranes is further expanding its business in the Netherlands with the delivery of a total of five Generation 5 Gottwald Mobile Harbour Cranes to three major terminal operators. The buyers, existing customers of Demag Cranes, use these machines primarily for handling bulk materials and scrap.

Demag launches weighing system

Gottwald Port Technology GmbH, a subsidiary of Demag Cranes AG, has launched a new legal-for-trade weighing system for mobile and portal harbour cranes.

Demag cranes for Canada

Demag Cranes has received an order to supply two mobile harbour cranes to Canada. The two identical machines are 4-rope grab cranes for professional bulk handling.

Demag Cranes receives Chile order

Gottwald Port Technology GmbH (Gottwald), a subsidiary of Demag Cranes AG, has been awarded a contract to supply a G HMK 8410 mobile harbour crane to Puerto Angamos, Mejillones, Chile.
